The reminder did not sound. Check that notifications for Cuidar are allowed in your device settings. On iPhone, with Focus or Do Not Disturb on, medication reminders still sound; water reminders stay silent. On Android, use More → Test notifications inside the app to check the permissions.
Which language does the app use? By default, English when your device language is English and Portuguese (Brazil) otherwise. To pick a language yourself, open More → Language.
Where is my data kept? On your device only. The one exception is the optional prescription photo reading, which sends the photo for transcription only when you allow it. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete everything? In the app, under More → My data → Delete everything.
Cuidar is a tool to support your routine. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate doses or goals, and does not replace guidance from health professionals. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
